REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS

If you have a repeat prescription for medication, you still need to request your prescription each time as it will not be automatically processed. Please allow at least 48 working hours for your prescription request to be actioned.

Please do not order your medication too early without stating a reason why you need to do this i.e., going away, lost medication etc.  An early request for medication with no explanation will not be actioned.

How to request your prescription

We DO NOT accept telephone requests for prescriptions. You can request your prescription by:

In Person

Please write your name, address, date of birth on a piece of paper and drop this in to either Neyland or Johnston Surgery.  If you have the right-hand side of a repeat prescription, please tick the items you require and drop this in to Neyland or Johnston Surgery.

Repeat Prescription Service with a Local Pharmacy

Local Pharmacies are able to order medication on your behalf, however, you must contact the pharmacy of your choice and arrange this service with them.  They will then take responsibility for requesting your medication on your behalf.

My Health On-line (MHOL)

MHOL allows you to order your REPEAT medication online, you must register for this service by completing the MHOL Registration Form (available from Neyland or Johnston Surgery) and presenting at the surgery with photographic identification, which will then allow us to provide you with the relevant details to set up your MHOL account within 24 hours.
