Hywel Dda University Health Board wass the first health board in Wales to launch a dedicated 24/7 mental health advice service, offering support for all age groups.
If you need mental health support and advice for yourself or a friend or relative, you can access the service by phoning 111 and selecting option 2 where you will be put through to a mental health practitioner.
